How it works

  • The program includes a tailored 12-week workout plan focusing on strength, cardio, and flexibility, with 5-6 sessions per week available for gym or home workouts. Progress will be tracked to celebrate milestones and adjust routines as needed.
  • Weekly group coaching sessions will provide interactive discussions that foster community support and motivation. Participants will share challenges, successes, and set weekly goals, receiving expert guidance on healing your mindset and unhealthy habits.
  • Macro and nutrition guidance will be provided, including tailored macro nutrient plans based on individual goals and lifestyles. Education on healthy eating habits and meal planning will help participants make nutritious choices while enjoying food.
  • Lessons on breaking free from binge eating and disordered eating will address the psychology behind these behaviors, offering techniques to cultivate a healthy relationship with food. Mindfulness practices will help participants recognize triggers and emotional eating patterns.
  • Workshops will focus on healing past associations with poor health choices, redefining personal identity in alignment with health goals, and cultivating self-compassion and resilience.
  • Techniques to shift mindset towards positivity and self-empowerment will be introduced, along with creating SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals that resonate with personal values. Visualization exercises will reinforce commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
  • Strategies to identify and dismantle common excuses that hinder progress will be shared, alongside tools for problem-solving and adapting plans when faced with challenges. A proactive mindset will be fostered to tackle obstacles head-on.
  • Establishing accountability partnerships within the group will ensure regular check-ins to monitor progress and adjust strategies. Participants will be empowered to take ownership of their health journey and become cycle breakers.
  • Faith based practices will be encouraged for true everlasting transformation. You will always have the option to opt out of these practices.
